We review your application
Within 5 working days. We look at your background, city, and availability. No formal interview, just a quick assessment.

Intro call with the RugbyFit founder
30 minutes. We walk through how it works, what's expected, and what you need to run your first cohort. Questions welcome.

Your city page goes live
We build your landing page on rugbyfit.online and start driving traffic. You focus on sessions. We handle the lead gen.
4
First cohort starts
Target: within 90 days of sign-off. Minimum viable cohort is 6 athletes. Everything else, payments, app access, programme, is already set up.
