Who we're looking for

Skills, credentials
& mindset.

We're looking for coaches who have lived the game — played or coached rugby to a serious level and carry the standard that comes with it. You hold at least a World Rugby Level 2 certification, but more importantly, you have the kind of presence that earns respect on and off the field. You're not looking for a job — you're building something, and you understand that the field is where men become better men.
