Most men know what they want to become. Very few structure the time between their obligations to get there. RF75 is that structure.
Pro players aren't made during training. They're made in the 162 hours a week when no coach is watching. RF75 answers the question every man has to face: what do you actually do when nobody's there to make you?
Miss a day — start over from Day 1. No exceptions. No partial credit. This isn't punishment — it's the point. The clock only runs when you're all in. That's not a rule. That's what being a pro looks like.
6 Daily Non-Negotiables
Minimum 5 minutes. Box breathing, cold exposure, guided session — your choice. Trains the nervous system. Starts the day with intention.
Eat for performance. No processed junk. 3 litres of water minimum. What you fuel is what you become.
Run, bodyweight, ruck carrier, interval sprint — outdoors, every day. Cold, rain, dark — conditions, not excuses. Rugby fitness isn't built indoors.
Logged and tracked in the app. Hydration is performance. No substitutes.
Read, listen, study. Stoicism, nutrition, mindset, tactics — anything that makes you sharper. Rugby players who win off the pitch win on it too.
75 days. Not negotiable. This is where most people find the real challenge — and where the real growth happens.

Built on Rugby Values
These aren't marketing words. They're the values that define the best rugby players — and the men who live by them. RF75 puts them into practice in the 162 hours that count.
Your Team
Pick your animal at the Clubhouse and you're placed in a team of 4. Your team has its own private chat — they see your check-ins, you see theirs. Nobody quits alone. Nobody disappears without the team noticing.
This is how rugby works. You show up for the team. The team shows up for you.
75 days. Six tasks. Every single day. No coach watching. No team to carry you. This is how you find out who you actually are — not who you tell yourself you are.
