Why RF75
Exists

75 days is not a random number.

It's the time it takes to build a system. Not a habit. A system.

Most fitness programmes measure success in metrics: weight lost, pounds lifted, times run. RF75 measures something different — whether you show up when nobody's watching.

The Real Problem

You know what you need to do. Eat better. Sleep more. Train hard. Manage stress. Breathe intentionally. Play for something bigger than yourself.

You know this. But between knowing and doing is a chasm.

Most programmes assume the gap is knowledge. So they pile on information. They give you the nutrition guide. The training plan. The mindset podcast. And then they leave you alone to execute it.

And that's where 90% of people fail. Not because the plan is wrong. But because they're alone.

The highest performers don't have better knowledge. They have better systems. And systems are built through consistency, not intelligence.

Why 75 Days

Research shows that meaningful behaviour change takes approximately 66 days on average. Some habits form in 30 days. Some take 200. But 66 is the inflection point — the moment a new behaviour stops feeling foreign and starts feeling normal.

75 days gives you those 66 days plus a 9-day buffer. It's long enough to prove you're serious. Short enough that the finish line stays in view.

It's long enough that you can't fake it. You'll have bad weeks. Training will conflict with work. Life will get in the way. You'll question whether this is worth it.

And that's exactly the point.

RF75 is not testing your ability to train when everything is perfect. It's testing your ability to commit when it's inconvenient.

Why Daily Non-Negotiables

Most fitness apps let you "make up" missed days. Miss Tuesday? Do double on Wednesday. This is false discipline.

Real discipline is showing up every single day, even when you don't feel like it. Even when it's cold. Even when you're tired. Even when the session is just 5 minutes of breathwork because that's all you have.

The six daily tasks in RF75 are non-negotiable. Together they take roughly 60–90 minutes a day, but each one builds something you can't outsource:

Breathwork — 20 minutes. Non-negotiable. Your nervous system is the foundation of everything.

Diet intention — Did you eat with purpose today? Not perfectly. With intention.

Outdoor workout — 45 minutes. Train outdoors, in the elements. This is where you test yourself.

Water intake — 2.5 litres daily. Non-negotiable. You're not recovering without it.

Self-learning — 15 minutes. Read a book. Not scrolling. Not passive. Active learning.

No alcohol — 75 days dry. Not because alcohol is evil. But because you need to see who you are without it.

Miss one task? The counter resets to Day 1. This isn't punishment. It's the system teaching you what discipline actually means.

This sounds harsh. But it's actually kind. Because it teaches you that consistency is a choice, not a feeling. And once you know that, everything changes.

What This Actually Tests

RF75 is not a fitness programme. It's a filter.

It filters for the players who understand that excellence is built daily, not claimed in moments. It filters for men who can follow through. Men who honour their commitments even when they're inconvenient.

The players who finish RF75 are not genetically superior. They're not smarter. They're not more talented. They're just the ones who decided that who they become in those 75 days matters more than comfort in the moment.

And that decision — that's what changes everything.

RF75 asks one question: can you show up for yourself when nobody else is watching? If the answer is yes, you already know everything about your future as a rugby player and as a man.
