The RugbyFit Manifesto

The men this new world needs.

A story of hope, built close to home. It starts with one question.

WHAT DO YOU FIGHT FOR?

The RugbyFit manifesto
The men this new world needs.
Men who show up.
The world got loud
  • Endless noise
  • Feeds that divide us
  • Every man alone
Decisions are made far away
We build close to home.
Sit in silence
It starts with an idea.
Talk about it, or build it. Your choice.
Then look around
Do good where you live.
Don't fight against something
Fight for something.
What do you fight for?
Every colour. Every faith.
One team.
Train together. Grow together.
RUGBYFIT

01 · Why

The big systems no longer feel built for us.

They grew so large and so central that decisions are made far away. Algorithms divide us. Many men feel they have no say.

We don't wait for that to change at the top. We build something new, close to home, where we can see it, shape it and own it.

02 · Start with the life you want

It starts with an idea.

Picture the life you want. Then build it, one day at a time.

It all starts with an idea. An idea comes to you when you sit in silence, and it comes with a certain amount of energy. You can spend that energy talking about it with others, or you can use it to start building.

Which of the two do you prefer?

But silence is hard to find. We are bombarded by outside noise, and other people's ideas get pushed on us before our own can grow. That's why we built RF75. A structure you follow for 75 days. It gives you the tools and the strength to build your own life.

RF75 · DAY 23 OF 75

03 · Start with yourself

Simple things, done every day.

01EAT.Real food. Fuel, not comfort.
02SLEEP.Recovery is where you grow.
03MOVE.Your body, every day.

Simple things change a man more than any big promise ever will.

04 · Then look around

Do good where you live.

For your family, your neighbours, the man next to you on the field. Small acts, close to home, add up to something big.

05 · The code

We do what we say.

We speak the truth, with respect.

We get a little better every day.

06 · Higher purpose

Don't fight against something.

Fight for something.

Not against people. Not against the world. A man who knows what he stands for gets up earlier, trains harder and gives more. That is your higher purpose, the pull that keeps you going when the motivation is gone.

Nobody can give it to you. Only you can answer it.

07 · What grows

Something grows around men like that.

Friendships that last. Families that can lean on them. Neighbourhoods that come alive again, streets that feel safer, communities built from the ground up, together.

08 · Every colour. Every faith.

One team.

Rugby has always known this. You can't win alone. You show up for your teammates. You respect the opponent, the referee and the game. You fall, you get back up, and you go again, smiling.

No labels, no sides. Beginners next to former players. 18 and over.
