Purpose

Push energy runs out. Pull energy keeps you going. Find your reason and you stop forcing yourself to show up; you show up because you want to.

Push energy or pull energy?

Two ways to get yourself out of bed and onto the pitch. Both work. Only one lasts.

Push

  • Comes from outside: a coach, a deadline, a fear.
  • Works for a while, then runs out.
  • You need more pressure every time to get the same result.
  • When nobody is pushing, you stop.

Pull

  • Comes from inside: a reason you chose yourself.
  • Gets stronger the longer you follow it.
  • Hard days still feel like your days.
  • When nobody is watching, you keep going.

Everything in this room comes from people with pull energy: people driven by a reason bigger than themselves. See where that reason took them, then go find yours. That is how the other 162 hours start to work for you.
